Farrell's Feet are 100% Guaranteed we will replace the foot three times for only the cost of shipping. If there is an issue with our Feet we offer exchanges plus postage or in-store credit. We DO NOT offer refunds
Customers have 10 days from the time of receipt to contact us with any problems with their orders.
No returns are accepted and will be returned to sender at their cost without an RA#
To get a Return Authorization # please email support@farrellscountrystitchin.com
When requesting an RA# supply the reason your are requesting a return.
